Stark (SKD SE) is a German defence-tech company founded in 2024 by Florian Seibel, Uwe Horstmann and Johannes Schaback that builds AI-enabled, software-defined unmanned systems—including the OWE-V Virtus VTOL loitering munition, Vanta unmanned surface vessels and Minerva mission-control software—for European and NATO forces. In June 2026 Stark raised €500 million, taking valuation above €3.5 billion, with capital earmarked mainly for R&D, electronic warfare and scaling production; backers have included Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund and the NATO Innovation Fund.
