Founded in 2016, it serves multi-site operators across Europe and has expanded product work into AI tools that help managers plan shifts and staffing. In July 2026 Skello secured a €200 million growth investment led by Bridgepoint (Bridgepoint Development Capital V), which became lead minority shareholder, with founders and management increasing their stake and existing backers Partech and XAnge reinvesting; proceeds support European expansion, AI development, hiring and targeted acquisitions.
