Founded in 2014, the company provides 12-inch wafer-level advanced packaging and testing across bumping, RDL, WLCSP, chip probing (CP) and multi-die / chiplet integration for smartphones, 5G, high-performance computing, data centers, automotive and other electronics. Its SmartPoser technology platform targets high-bandwidth, low-power 3D heterogeneous integration used in AI and HPC packages. SJSemi closed a US$700 million financing round in December 2024 with Wuxi and Shanghai state-linked investors and is advancing a STAR Market IPO to expand 3D multi-chip integration capacity.
