Singlomics has constructed an integrated antibody development platform that encompasses the entire process from antigen immunization and single B cell antibody discovery to AI-driven antibody engineering. This platform is designed for the high-throughput and efficient discovery of antibody drugs to address unmet clinical needs. The company's pipeline includes assets for oncology and immunology, such as DXP-106 (IL-1RAP mAb) and DXP-102 (TREM-1 mAb), for which it is actively seeking co-development or licensing partners. In addition to its research and development activities, the company has stated its intention to build an antibody drug manufacturing facility in Changping, Beijing, to support its portfolio expansion.
