The company operates from the MEMS Industrial Park in Zibo, Shandong. The legal representative is Zhang Yang. It has successfully completed multiple funding rounds, including a Series B in August 2025 that raised hundreds of millions of RMB from investors like Luxin Venture Capital and Shandong New Dynamic Energy Fund.
