Founded in 2010 through the merger of ADN-Informatique and SoftBooking, the company has established a significant footprint in Europe, particularly in France and Spain. The formation was spearheaded by Patrice Guyot, who led the company as CEO, alongside Hervé Colly and Pascal Scoquart. Guyot's background in technology with his company StarFlow Software was combined with the hospitality expertise of ADN Informatique in 2003, laying the groundwork for future innovation. The company's history is marked by strategic acquisitions, including the hospitality division of Cegid in 2014 and Thelis, a leader in campsite management software, in 2016. For the wellness sector, it offers Nymphea, a 360° management software for spas, and E-Nymphea, an online booking platform that synchronizes directly with the main system. Other specialized products include Winhôtel neo for independent hotels, Resalys for holiday groups, and Winrestau for restaurants, covering everything from order-taking to payment processing.
