About Revyve

Revyve is a Wageningen University & Research spin-out food-tech company that produces functional yeast proteins designed to replace eggs and additives in bakery, sauces, alternative meat and plant-based dairy while keeping clean-label, competitive pricing and lower environmental footprint. Led by CEO Cedric Verstraeten, the firm upcycles yeast into ingredients that mimic egg texture and performance for manufacturers facing volatile egg costs and ultra-processed-food scrutiny; its first-of-a-kind Dinteloord plant already runs at capacity for customers across Europe, the UK, North America, Mexico and Australia. In 2025 Revyve raised nearly €24 million in Series B financing co-led by ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund and Invest-NL, with BOM, Danstar Ferment (Lallemand), Grey Silo Ventures and returning Oost NL and Royal Cosun, bringing total capital above €40 million to expand output beyond 1,600 tons per year.
