About Pegasus

Pegasus is an Alberta-based aerospace startup radically transforming wildfire management through autonomous aircraft and sensor systems. Our mission is to accelerate the transition of complex challenges by connecting first responders and the warfighter with actionable intelligence at scale. Launched in 2018, Pegasus develops and deploys Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) equipped with proprietary safety and sensing systems, including onboard Detect And Avoid (DAA) systems, in-flight icing detection alert systems, and more. Pegasus is a 2020 NASA award recipient and placed 1st in the 2022 Boeing AX global autonomy accelerator program and works with both government and leading Aerospace & Defense companies.
