About Ordio
Ordio is HR and workforce management software for shift-based businesses. It combines shift planning, time tracking, absence management, digital employee files, checklists and payroll in one platform, with an AI agent, Nano, that helps managers fill open shifts and handle routine planning.
Employees use a mobile app for iOS and Android to see their shifts, share availability, apply for open shifts, clock in and request leave, while a terminal app covers shared time clocking on site. Ordio calculates gross pay from shift plans and recorded hours and exports payroll data to tax advisors via DATEV, Addison or CSV; the Payroll Plus add-on also runs net payroll and issues digital payslips.
Ordio serves more than 2,500 businesses in the DACH region, mainly in hospitality and retail, such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers and store chains, as well as manufacturing, logistics and healthcare.
Ordio is a paid subscription priced per location rather than per employee: the Starter, Plus and Pro plans cost €89, €129 and €169 per location per month with annual billing, and Enterprise pricing for larger teams is on request.
