Omeros Corporation is a biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Seattle, Washington, that discovers, develops and commercialises small-molecule and protein therapeutics. Its lead product, narsoplimab (marketed as Yartemlea), is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits MASP-2 in the complement system; the US Food and Drug Administration approved it in December 2025 for transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (TA-TMA), the first treatment approved for the condition, and regulatory review in Europe is ongoing. The pipeline includes OMS906, an inhibitor of complement factor D being studied in paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria and other complement-mediated conditions. Founded in 1994 by Dr Gregory A. Demopulos, who serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer, Omeros has been listed on Nasdaq since 2009.
