About Oak
Oak is an Israeli cybersecurity company building an AI-native Identity Operating System that consolidates fragmented identity governance for people, machines and AI agents. Founded in December 2025 by CEO Shai Morag—serial founder of Integrity-Project, Secdo and Ermetic (acquired by Tenable)—and CPO Tal Marom (formerly Tenable and Salesforce), Oak connects applications across on-premises, cloud, SaaS and proprietary environments, builds a live identity graph of permissions and behaviour, and automates remediation of excessive privileges. The platform is generally available and already deployed at enterprise customers; the company has roughly 50 employees across Israel and San Francisco. In July 2026 Oak emerged from stealth with $60 million in seed funding co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners and CRV to expand cybersecurity and AI teams and accelerate the control-plane product.
