About Nouscom

Nouscom is a clinical-stage biotech developing neoantigen-targeted cancer immunotherapies. Founded in 2015 by former Okairos executives and headquartered in Basel, Switzerland with operations in Rome, Italy, the company uses proprietary viral vectors to deliver tumor neoantigens and activate T-cell responses against cancer.

Its lead program, NOUS-209, is an off-the-shelf immunotherapy encoding 209 shared frameshift peptide neoantigens, in development for the treatment of mismatch repair deficient/microsatellite instable (dMMR/MSI) metastatic colorectal cancer and for cancer interception in Lynch syndrome carriers, where it has received FDA Fast Track designation. The company also develops personalized neoantigen vaccines.

Nouscom is backed by international life sciences investors including 5AM Ventures, Andera Partners, EQT Life Sciences, M Ventures, Versant Ventures and Angelini Ventures, and has raised approximately EUR 250 million in venture funding since its Series A in 2016.
