Newcode is an Oslo legal-tech company building a configurable AI harness so law firms can connect firm data, contextualise knowledge across documents, create agentic workflows and retain control over models, permissions and deployment (cloud or on-prem). After a ~$6.5 million seed in March 2026 led by The LegalTech Fund and Alliance VC, Newcode in August 2026 raised a $13.5 million Series A led by OnDean Forward, with The LegalTech Fund, Antiportfolio Ventures and Rel Labs (Relativity), bringing 2026 funding to about $20 million to expand in the US and deepen product and engineering.
