In mid-2026 Dealroom records a roughly €500 million Series C (company materials described a raise targeting up to about $570 million), with leads including Bullhound Capital, ForgePoint Capital and BNP Paribas Asset Management and participation from SETT and other industrial and financial backers, at around a $2 billion valuation. Earlier it raised a €189 million Series B in June 2025 led by Bullhound.
