MediBuddy is a digital healthcare platform in India providing end-to-end medical services for individuals and corporate clients. The company was founded as Phasorz Technologies in 2013 by Satish Kannan and Enbasekar Dinadayalane, who were classmates at IIT-Madras. Their journey began after winning a national prize for a Health IoT device designed to detect heart attacks. Initially launched as DocsApp in 2015, a platform for online doctor consultations, it aimed to make specialist doctors accessible across the country.

These programs offer services like on-site health camps, mental health support, and use a proprietary AI system called Sherlock to prevent fraudulent claims. The platform serves a broad customer base, with a strong presence in both urban centers and Tier 2/3 cities, where roughly 60% of its consultations originate.

MediBuddy's core product is a comprehensive digital platform accessible via a mobile app and website, connecting users with a vast network of healthcare providers. This network includes over 90,000 doctors across more than 22 specialties, 7,000 hospitals, 3,000 diagnostic centers, and 2,500 pharmacies. The platform facilitates teleconsultations via chat, video, or voice call, at-home lab test bookings, and online medicine delivery covering over 95% of pin codes in India. In June 2020, DocsApp merged with MediBuddy, expanding its service offerings beyond teleconsultations to include a full spectrum of healthcare services, and rebranded under the MediBuddy name. The company has since made strategic acquisitions, including Clinix to expand into rural India and vHealth from Aetna to fortify its presence.
