About Lineten

LineTen has worked since 2013 to make life easier for restaurant and logistics operators with an evolving suite of solutions. Our journey began with a simple vision to streamline food delivery operations and today we provide software and tools that connect clients with their customers and channel partners in uniquely efficient ways. Built From the Inside Out LineTen wasn’t born from a pitch deck or a VC fund — it was forged in the trenches of real restaurant operations. We have understood firsthand that, in enterprise-scale hospitality, the Point of Sale (POS) system is the beating heart of the business. It’s not just where food gets rung up. It’s what drives kitchen workflows, reconciliation processes, tax calculations, inventory tracking — the works. Without a functioning POS, nothing else really works. So while modern UX has moved ahead, many enterprise POS systems — especially legacy platforms — remain clunky, rigid, and slow to adapt. This created a massive gap in design between the modern way consumers order online and how staff are expected to interact with these outdated systems. That disconnect created opportunity. LineTen began as a custom dev shop helping major restaurant groups bridge that gap. Our earliest clients were already thinking about digital retail at scale. We helped them connect the dots — from online ordering, to kitchen tickets, to backend reconciliation — through tightly integrated, purpose-built tools. We saw the same patterns repeat across brands. So we stopped reinventing the wheel and built a product suite instead. POS system, order management, inventory, delivery Digital Retail Infrastructure LineTen powers the digital backbone of large hospitality and retail organisations. We’re not focused on flashy consumer apps. Instead, we tackle the critical, behind-the-scenes challenges of scaling — the ones that ensure seamless operations across hundreds or thousands of locations. Bridge The connective tissue between third-party ordering channels and the POS. Think of it as a translator and conductor rolled into one — mapping products, synchronising pricing, and pushing orders through with minimal disruption. MenuPro One menu to rule them all. MenuPro is the source of truth for your product catalog, allowing you to define once and distribute anywhere — whether it’s Uber Eats, your own drive-thru, kiosk, or dine-in tablet. Rules-based publishing ensures the right item, price, and description land in the right place. OrderPro A command center for managing and optimising inbound orders. Visualise order flow in real-time, identify choke points, route tickets intelligently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks — keeping your operations seamless and adaptable, no matter the limitations of your POS. Delivery Manager Handle logistics across a fragmented delivery market. Whether you're shipping fries, flu medication, or fashion, LineTen lets you book, track, and reconcile deliveries across multiple carriers with a consistent experience for ops teams and customers alike. Online burger order placed globally Scale isn’t Flashy, but it is Everything Lots of people can spin up a slick ordering app over a weekend. But few understand what it means to operate that same system across 600 locations in 20+ countries, with 8 different POS systems, local tax rules, language requirements, and marketplace integrations. That’s where we come in. LineTen is purpose-built for the scale, mess, and nuance of enterprise. We didn’t retrofit our tools for this world — we built them in it. Our DNA is technical, pragmatic, and ruthlessly focused on what matters: making the hard stuff easier so your team can focus on growth, not fire-fighting.
