Lemon Photonics' core product portfolio is built around three main laser technologies: Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers (VCSEL), Horizontal-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers (HCSEL), and Edge-Emitting Lasers (EEL). Its VCSEL chips are utilized in 3D sensing, gesture recognition, and medical applications. The HCSEL products are designed for high beam quality in 3D sensing applications, while the EELs offer high power and reliability for laser pumping, industrial processing, and LiDAR. The company also produces laser modules and engines, such as the HCSEL line laser projection module, which enhances the signal-to-noise ratio for radar systems, machine vision, and industrial processing.
