Lema AI provides an agentic AI security platform that focuses on enterprise supply chain and third-party risk management. The firm emerged from stealth in February 2026 with $24 million in funding, including a Series A round led by Team8 and a prior seed round led by F2 Venture Capital, with participation from Salesforce Ventures. Lema's platform is designed to replace traditional, compliance-driven risk management processes that rely on static questionnaires and manual assessments. It employs an AI agent trained to operate like a vulnerability researcher, performing continuous, forensic analysis of third-party vendor behavior. The system tracks vendor access to critical assets, monitors data movement, evaluates permission changes, and maps potential attack paths to determine the 'blast radius' of each vendor. This approach allows security teams to move beyond compliance checklists to gain a dynamic, actionable view of risk and identify which vendors pose the greatest threat. Lema states that its platform can assess a new vendor in under five minutes. The business targets regulated and digitally driven enterprises, with customers in sectors like financial services and healthcare, including several Fortune 500 companies.
