About Kosli

Kosli is a Norwegian DevOps governance company that automates change management, audit evidence and compliance across software delivery pipelines so regulated teams can ship faster without spreadsheet GRC. Founded in 2019 by CEO Mike Long and CCO James Logan, Kosli records what changed, where it runs and who approved it across CI/CD and runtimes including Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Lambda, S3 and VMs, using familiar CLI commands that plug into existing pipelines rather than replacing them. Banks and other highly regulated enterprises use the platform to replace manual text-box controls with continuous, machine-readable proof for security, SRE and audit teams; Kosli Enterprise adds scale features for large user bases and automated change workflows. In March 2025 Kosli raised a $10 million Series A co-led by Deutsche Bank's Corporate Venture Capital group and Heavybit, with Defined Capital, Transpose Platform and angels, to deepen banking adoption, grow the team and invest in automated recording and control of software delivery.
