At the core of Isembard's operation is its proprietary AI-native software platform, MasonOS. This system acts as a single operating layer that automates and optimizes the entire production process, from quoting, CAD/CAM integration, and procurement to production scheduling, quality assurance, and logistics. By leveraging software, AI, and automation, Isembard aims to achieve significantly faster production at lower costs compared to traditional suppliers. Its factories are equipped with advanced 5-axis CNC machines, robotics, and other automated equipment, holding certifications such as ISO9001, Cyber Essentials, and JOSCAR.

The company has seen rapid growth, securing a $9 million seed round in April 2025 and a $50 million Series A round less than a year later in March 2026. These funds are being used to expand its network of factories, with plans to open 25 facilities by the end of 2026 across the UK, US, Germany, France, and Ukraine.
