Interelate
Interelate provider of customer analytics solutions that enable clients to acquire, retain and grow customers
About Interelate
Interelate, operating under the name E-Loyalty Corp., was founded in 1999 and established its headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The company originated as the eLoyalty division of Technology Solutions Company and was incorporated in Delaware in May 1999. In February 2000, it became a separate, publicly traded entity after its shares were distributed to Technology Solutions' stockholders.
The firm provides digital marketing services, specializing in digital consulting, pay-per-click marketing, search engine optimization, and website management for brands and companies. The core of its business revolves around customer relationship management (CRM) related consulting services, with a focus on integrating new technologies into CRM solutions to deliver tangible economic benefits for its Fortune 1000 clients. The business operates through two primary geographic segments: North America, which includes the United States and Canada, and International, covering operations in Europe and Australia.
In 2011, TTEC (then TeleTech) acquired a majority stake in eLoyalty, integrating it as an award-winning technology services provider focused on implementing enterprise-level contact center assets. Under TTEC, eLoyalty continued to deliver transformational solutions aimed at revolutionizing the customer experience. The company brought deep industry experience in providing both cloud- and premises-based technology platforms. These platforms encompass business process development, systems infrastructure, customer analytics, reporting, workforce management, and quality assurance. Following the acquisition, eLoyalty was eventually fully integrated and now operates as a part of TTEC.
