About Humble Robotics

Humble Robotics (Humble) is a San Francisco company building fully autonomous, cabless, battery-electric Class 8 haulers for dock-to-dock freight in warehouses, railyards and seaports, starting with shipping-container moves. Founded by CEO Eyal Cohen (ex-Apple, Uber, Waabi; previously co-founded Spark AI, acquired by John Deere) with a team from Tesla, Waymo, Cruise, Google and Rivian, Humble’s Hauler drops the driver cab for lighter weight and payload efficiency, uses camera/LiDAR/radar for 360° coverage, and runs vision-language-action models for autonomy with remote operational support as a full-service offering. Emerging from stealth on 21 April 2026 after completing a first prototype in about six months, Humble raised $24 million in seed funding led by Eclipse with Energy Impact Partners and others to advance next-generation vehicles, expand the autonomy stack, launch pilots and begin early manufacturing toward public-road deployment.
