The culinary direction is steered by Executive Chef Liu, a Chongqing native with over fifteen years of experience within the company. His upbringing in a region known for its intense aromas of chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns has deeply influenced his culinary approach, which centers on mastering the balance of heat, aroma, and the signature numbing spice of true Sichuan cooking.

The business functions as a restaurant chain serving local communities in North Plainfield and Jersey City, New Jersey, as well as Mesa, Arizona. The enterprise generates revenue through dine-in services, customer takeout, and online delivery orders, partnering with platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats for broader reach. The menu presents a curated selection of Sichuan dishes crafted to be bold and aromatic.
