Hacksaw
B2B iGaming platform powering rapid development and global distribution of digital slots, scratch cards, and instant win games.
About Hacksaw
Hacksaw is a Swedish-headquartered, Malta-registered B2B technology platform and game development company operating across the full iGaming value chain — from proprietary game creation to global distribution. Founded in 2018, the company initially focused on building its Remote Gaming Server (RGS) platform, a scalable and modular infrastructure that enables rapid development, deployment, and regulatory adaptation of digital gaming content across multiple jurisdictions. The company's game portfolio centres on three product verticals: high-volatility video slots, digital scratch cards, and instant win games — all built on an HTML5, mobile-first framework designed for smartphone-optimised play. Hacksaw serves some of the largest private and state-owned iGaming operators worldwide, with its games live across more than 35 regulated markets including the UK, Sweden, Malta, Romania, Greece, Denmark, Italy, and several US states such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Its operator partners include major brands such as LeoVegas, Betsson, BetMGM, PokerStars, and FDJ United. In 2023, Hacksaw opened its RGS on a B2B basis, allowing third-party game studios to develop and distribute content through its platform. The company holds licences from regulators including the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, and the Swedish Gambling Authority, and is ISO 27001 certified. Hacksaw doubled its revenue to €137 million in 2024 and completed a heavily oversubscribed IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm in June 2025, valuing the company at approximately €2 billion. Flagship titles include Wanted Dead or a Wild and the Chaos Crew series. The company has also made minority investments in studios such as Kitsune Studios.
