About Geordie AI

Geordie AI is a London-based security and governance platform for AI agents, helping enterprises see which agents exist in their environments, what they can access, how they behave and what risks they create. Its runtime remediation suite, Beam, is designed to shape and constrain agent behaviour in real time without blocking deployment. Founded in early 2025 by a team with Darktrace and Snyk backgrounds—including CEO Henry Comfort, Hanah-Marie Darley and CTO Benji Weber—it emerged from stealth in September 2025 with a $6.5 million seed co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and General Catalyst. In May 2026 Geordie raised a $30 million Series A (€25 million) led by Balderton Capital, with Crosspoint Capital joining and General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures following on, bringing total funding to $36.5 million.
