Novee is a Tel Aviv– and New York–based offensive-security company that builds continuous, AI-driven penetration testing to match machine-speed attackers. Founded in May 2025 by CEO Ido Geffen, CPO Gon Chalamish and CTO Omer Ninburg—veterans of elite Israeli cyber and intelligence units including Unit 8200 and Talpiot—Novee trains a proprietary, patent-pending offensive AI model on exploitation techniques and workflows rather than relying only on general-purpose LLMs, then runs an end-to-end loop from exploit validation through automated retesting. The company says the model has shown substantially higher accuracy on constrained web-exploitation challenges than frontier general models, and customers including K Health, HiBob and Cresta use the platform to find novel vulnerabilities and business-logic flaws that conventional scanners miss. In January 2026 Novee emerged from stealth with $51.5 million in combined Seed and Series A funding within about four months of founding, led by YL Ventures, Canaan Partners and Zeev Ventures (Oren Zeev), to expand US operations and scale continuous offensive security.
