The firm's flagship product is Mentis, described as the subcontinent's first 'Made in India' privacy-first Agentic AI platform. Unlike conventional generative AI, Mentis is designed to operate seamlessly across cloud, on-premise, and fully offline or air-gapped environments, which eliminates reliance on external APIs and ensures greater data security and sovereignty. This design facilitates compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR. The system interprets natural language queries to deliver citation-backed insights and can generate downloadable reports and source code for transparency and auditability. By focusing on smaller, task-specific models (SLMs), the platform can perform tasks autonomously and aims to reduce operational costs by up to 15 times compared to larger global AI providers.

Genovation's business model centers on offering enterprise-ready AI systems at a significant cost reduction compared to major global competitors. In September 2025, the company raised $150,000 in a pre-seed funding round at a $6 million valuation. The round included participation from six individual investors and one foreign institutional backer, Kien Global Inc. from Japan. This capital is intended to accelerate product development, expand the team, scale its market presence, and invest in further research and development. The company has two pending patents and is part of NVIDIA's Inception accelerator program.
