The company's history is a sequence of strategic mergers and acquisitions. FullCircl was formed through the August 2021 merger of two established firms, Artesian Solutions and DueDil. Artesian Solutions was founded in 2006 by Andrew Yates and Michael Blackadder to offer business intelligence tools. DueDil was co-founded in 2011 by Damian Kimmelman and Justin Fitzpatrick as a company intelligence platform focused on enhancing business transparency. In August 2021, Artesian and DueDil merged, with Artesian's CEO Andrew Yates leading the combined entity and DueDil's CEO Justin Fitzpatrick becoming COO. This entity rebranded as FullCircl in March 2022. The company expanded its capabilities by acquiring W2 Global Data, a specialist in KYC and AML compliance, in 2023. A significant milestone occurred in October 2024, when nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO) announced its definitive agreement to acquire FullCircl for $135 million, integrating FullCircl's capabilities into its end-to-end banking operating system.

The FullCircl platform consolidates data to help clients win new business, accelerate customer onboarding, and ensure lifelong compliance. Its service orchestrates the customer lifecycle by identifying suitable business customers, automating verification and compliance checks, and facilitating ongoing monitoring. Key features include real-time data ingestion for Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, anti-money laundering (AML) screening, identity verification (IDV), and fraud prevention. The platform provides a comprehensive view of companies, their officers, and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), all managed through a rules-based engine that reduces manual processes and helps clients meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
