Fluide Group is developing a financial infrastructure designed to serve both the formal and informal economies in Africa. Headquartered in Douala, Cameroon, the company is creating a vertical ecosystem to address the disconnect between business operations and financial management.

The core of their strategy is a multi-layered product suite. For the formal economy, Fluide offers "Fluide HR," a B2B SaaS platform that automates Payroll, HRIS, and Spend Management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Integrated with this is "Fluide Pulse," an employee-focused super-app that provides services like On-Demand Pay, also known as Earned Wage Access (EWA), and collaborative savings circles, locally referred to as Njangi or Esusu. These tools aim to improve employee financial wellness and increase retention for client businesses.

To engage the informal economy, Fluide is developing "Fluide Books," a simplified bookkeeping tool. This product is designed to be the entry point for informal merchants into the digital financial ecosystem, creating data trails that could eventually unlock access to credit and other formal financial services. The business model combines recurring revenue from its SaaS subscriptions with a service-based component. A unique aspect of their structure is "Fluide Studios," an in-house product, creative, and learning studio that also serves external clients. This division generates non-dilutive capital which is reinvested into the company's research and development, acting as both a revenue stream and a talent incubator.
