Finfactor is a Pune-based B2B fintech infrastructure provider founded in 2019 by Manoj Alandkar and Munish Bhatia. The company operates as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) within India's open-finance and open-data networks, such as the Account Aggregator (AA) framework. Finfactor offers a full-stack of products for financial institutions, including open-data gateways, AI-powered analytics, embeddable UX journeys, and privacy-enhancing tools.

The firm's business model is centered on providing APIs and backend tools that enable financial institutions and fintech companies to enhance their credit, investment, and insurance offerings. Its product suite features a multi-AA gateway, a bank statement analyzer, tools for loan monitoring and collections, and wealth management capabilities. Finfactor serves over 150 clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, including major players like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and CRED.

Finfactor is the parent company of Finvu, one of the first RBI-licensed Account Aggregators in India, which facilitates secure, consent-based financial data sharing for over 50 million consumers. In December 2025, Finfactor secured $15 million in a Series A funding round led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from existing investors Varanium Capital, DMI Sparkle Fund, and IIFL Fintech Fund. This followed an earlier seed round of $2.5 million in July 2022. The capital is intended to expand its product suite, enhance analytics capabilities, and support its goal of becoming a full-stack technology provider for the BFSI industry.
