Eve Security is an Austin company founded in 2025 by Nadav Cornberg (CEO), Sharon Eilon (CRO) and Amit Eliav (CTO) that provides runtime security and governance for enterprise AI agents. Its EveGuard platform gives real-time observability into agent activity across tools, APIs, Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent connections, uses an Agent-in-the-Loop (AITL) analyst to detect anomalies and interrogate risky behaviour, and enforces intent- and data-aware policies—including session tainting and deterministic enforcement for a large share of policy-matched requests—before agents reach critical systems. After a $3 million seed led by LiveOak Ventures with Tau Ventures in September 2025, Eve raised a $4.5 million seed extension in September 2026 led by Run Ventures, with Dreamit Ventures, Blu Ventures and returning LiveOak, bringing total funding to $7.5 million to accelerate go-to-market as enterprises seek runtime controls for autonomous agents.
