Under the leadership of CEO Kevin Kwon, Dx&Vx is advancing a diverse drug development pipeline. A key project is its mRNA-based cancer vaccine, which secured a co-development and license agreement with a U.S. biotech firm in July 2025, a deal valued at approximately $220 million plus future milestone payments. This vaccine leverages the company's proprietary long-term ambient storage mRNA platform technology. Other pipeline assets include OVM-200 (a peptide-based cancer vaccine), an oral anti-obesity therapeutic, and various infectious disease vaccines. The company is also integrating artificial intelligence into its new drug development process, an initiative bolstered by the recruitment of seasoned experts in AI modeling and IT. This strategy aims to leverage its genomic data assets for innovative drug discovery and the development of a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for medical professionals.
