For motor carriers, a mobile app allows them to find and book loads, manage their fleet's utilization, and receive quick payments, often on the next business day. A key feature is its proprietary technology for appointment automation and "dual transactions"— a highly efficient process where a driver drops off an empty container and picks up a full one at the same terminal. The company reports achieving a dual-transaction rate of over 70%, a significant improvement on the industry average. Following a history of venture capital funding totaling approximately $55.1 million, Dray Alliance was acquired by World Group, the parent company of ContainerPort Group, in March 2025, a move designed to merge its technology with CPG's large-scale operational network.
