Diameter Health, established in 2013 by co-founders Eric Rosow and John D'Amore, was acquired by Availity in August 2022 and now operates as Availity Clinical Solutions. The company was founded to address the challenge of heterogeneous clinical data coming from newly adopted electronic health records (EHRs).
