Concourse develops AI agents for corporate finance teams to automate manual and time-consuming daily operations. Founded in 2023 by Matthieu Hafemeister and Ted Michaels, the company is headquartered in New York. The founders' experience scaling the global finance operations at the unicorn startup Jeeves inspired the creation of Concourse, where they recognized a gap between the need for flexible analysis and the capabilities of rigid, traditional finance software.

The platform's core offering is an AI analyst built specifically for finance departments, which connects with a company's existing financial systems, including ERPs, data warehouses, and billing platforms like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Stripe. As of January 2026, the company announced it had raised a $12M Series A round led by Standard Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), CRV, and Y Combinator, bringing its total funding to $27M.
