Commatech, officially Comma Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., is a logistics technology firm established in December 2015. The company originated from the academic pursuits of its founders—a team of five PhDs in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. This group, which includes the current chairman Luo Hao, was driven to apply theoretical supply chain optimization knowledge to tangible industry challenges, embarking on a mission to advance the digital transformation of China's logistics sector.

The firm operates by providing comprehensive intelligent logistics solutions, primarily targeting third-party logistics providers and enterprises across numerous sectors. Its client base spans industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, retail, electronics, automotive parts, pharmaceuticals, cold chain, and cross-border logistics. Commatech generates revenue by delivering these solutions, which can be deployed via a flexible SaaS model or customized for specific client operations. At the core of its offering are two main products: the C-LINK logistics digital operation platform and the C-ROS logistics intelligent decision platform.
