About Brenus Pharma

Brenus Pharma is a Lyon clinical-stage biotech developing off-the-shelf in vivo immunotherapy for hard-to-treat solid tumours. Its Stimulated Ghost Cells platform aims to make tumour antigens visible to the immune system without patient-specific cell manufacturing; lead candidate STC-1010 targets microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer and has FDA IND acceptance for Phase I. In July 2026 Brenus raised an €11 million ($12.6 million) Series A extension bringing total capital since inception to about €38 million, with follow-on from Angelor, UI Investissement, Crédit Agricole entities, Noshaq, Orsa, BIO JAG and Bpifrance (non-dilutive) plus new investors Sambrinvest and Korea Omega Investment Corp., after a €22.2 million Series A in 2024.
