Bitstack is a Paris Bitcoin savings neobank founded in April 2021 by CEO Alexandre Roubaud and CTO Kabir Sethi that lets users automate Bitcoin investing via spare-change round-ups, recurring buys and one-off purchases, and is expanding into euro accounts with French IBAN and a VISA debit card with Bitcoin rewards (Stackback). Registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider with the French AMF, Bitstack has attracted over 300,000 users and generates revenue from volume-tiered transaction fees. In December 2025 Bitstack raised a $15 million Series A led by 13books Capital with AG2R LA MONDIALE, Plug and Play Ventures, Serena, Stillmark and Y Combinator to accelerate European expansion into Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy and grow the product suite toward one million users.
