ansā (formerly Griin) is an Israeli coffee-tech company founded in 2019 by Yuval Weisglass, Matan Scharf and Jonathan Scharf. It builds the e23 micro-roaster, an on-demand countertop appliance that uses dielectric heating and AI so offices, hotels and cafés can roast specialty green beans at the point of consumption without smoke or excess heat. Clients get the roaster plus a subscription for directly sourced Arabica green beans. HQ is at 24 Ha’Yetzira Street, Ramat Gan, Israel, with US offices in Texas and New York.
