Avara's portfolio includes several core products. Aave is a non-custodial, open-source decentralized liquidity protocol that allows users to earn interest on deposits and borrow digital assets. Lens Protocol, launched in 2022, is a decentralized social graph on the Polygon blockchain that empowers creators with ownership over their content and data. Further expanding its ecosystem, Avara acquired the Web3 social gaming app Sonar in late 2022 and Los Feliz Engineering (the team behind the Family mobile crypto wallet and ConnectKit developer library) in November 2023. This latest acquisition brought Family's founder, Benji Taylor, on as SVP of Product and Design, reinforcing Avara's commitment to user-friendly design and accessibility in Web3.
