Anthropic's S-1 lists about $434.5B of contracted compute, led by $120.5B with SpaceXAI

Packy McCormick's Not Boring tallied the compute deals in Anthropic's S-1: up to $120.5B with SpaceXAI (the former xAI, owned by SpaceX) into 2029, at least $114.5B with Google to 2033, at least $110B with Amazon to 2036, at least $44.9B with Microsoft to 2033 and up to $44.6B with Nscale into 2033, about $434.5B in all. The filing separately estimates $125-150B for additional TPU compute and more than $20B for an initial 2027 tranche of AMD Helios systems. The SpaceXAI deal runs about $3.1B a month once fully delivered, and either side can cancel on 90 days' notice after early 2027.
