Philip Johnston: Europe should fund launch over human spaceflight after Macron’s roadmap

Reacting to Macron’s Paris Space Summit dates (Nyx cargo to the ISS in 2028, Argonaut lunar lander in 2031, European crewed capsule from Kourou in 2036), Philip Johnston says Europe’s push is welcome but misplaced: money earmarked for human spaceflight should go into launch programs instead.
