Alight: From Aon’s HR Division to a $7.3B SPAC

Alight, Inc. is a global provider of cloud-based human capital and business solutions headquartered in Chicago.

Its core platform, Alight Worklife, integrates payroll, benefits, and HR services, and is supported by analytics and AI-driven tools designed to improve workforce management and employee engagement.
