Try Dealroom →, a Tokyo-based commercial-property data and AI startup, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Growth Market on November 6, 2026. The offering priced at US$8.46 per share, with 50,000 newly issued shares and 5.64 million shares sold by existing holders. SMBC Nikko SecuritiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and Mizuho Securities acted as joint lead underwriters.
What's the endgame? Founded in 2018, estie builds data infrastructure and industry-specific AI for commercial real estate. It sells data-analysis platforms and an AI deal-management tool to property developers, institutional investors, and financial institutions.
Why now? "This challenge cannot be achieved by our company alone," chief executive officer Ei Hirai said, framing the listing as a step in pushing the real estate industry's digital and AI transformation. The company's stated purpose is "to further unlock the true value of industries."
What could go wrong? The share mix skews heavily toward existing holders. Because only 50,000 shares were newly issued against 5.64 million sold by sellers, most base-offering proceeds flow to shareholders rather than into estie. That makes the IPO less a growth-capital raise than a test of public-market appetite for its commercial-property data and AI business.
The signal: estie joins a busy year for the Growth Market, which logged 73 IPOs through October 2026. Several recent listings have also pitched AI or digital tools for traditional industries, and estie's debut is a gauge of how far that appetite extends.
