ZenoWell opens pre-orders for Luna Plus, an AI-driven vagus nerve wearable

What's the deal? ZenoWellDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a neurotechnology company, has launched global pre-orders for Luna Plus, a wearable system that pairs non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation with continuous biometric tracking. The Berlin company bills the device as a tool to help users build a "personalized life model."

How it works: Luna Plus is a three-part suite. An ear-worn stimulator runs six calibrated modes — Relax, Sleep, Relief, Meditation, Focus, and Digestion — while a tracking layer captures heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep metrics via ZenoWell's ZenoBand MOBI, third-party devices like the Apple Watch and Oura Ring, or a phone face scan.

Tying it together is an AI coach built on retrieval-augmented generation and a vagus-nerve research database. Users can speak to the AI to log their state and receive stimulation recommendations that cross-analyse their biometrics.

Why now? Consumer interest in nervous-system health has surged, but the market remains fragmented, ZenoWell says. The company argues shoppers face information overload and a "feedback vacuum" where the subtle effects of stimulation go unnoticed across isolated device ecosystems.

What's the endgame? "Our goal was to make wellness improvements truly tangible," said founder Jo. The company frames Luna Plus around a "Track, Understand, Improve" protocol and plans to anchor a wider ecosystem that includes a standalone Vita Mini and the ZenoBand smart wristband.

What could go wrong? The category has some scientific momentum, with recent trials pointing to possible sleep benefits from this type of stimulation. But those studies are small and heterogeneous, and ZenoWell's multi-purpose health claims remain unproven — the launch offers no independent validation.

The signal: Luna Plus sits at the growing overlap between sleep wearables and at-home neuromodulation, a space betting that devices should act on data in the moment rather than just log it. ZenoWell showed the product at IFA Berlin and plans to present it at Sleep Europe 2026, signalling it intends to keep marketing to both consumers and clinical partners.
