Revolut closes its share sale at a $115B valuation, Europe's most valuable private tech company

What's the deal? Revolut said on 4 November 2026 that it has closed its latest share sale, confirming a valuation of $115 billion. The sale was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price, and Baillie Gifford, with both long-standing and new investors taking part.

How it worked: It was a secondary sale. Existing shareholders, including employees, sold shares to new buyers, so no new money went into Revolut, and the company did not say how much stock changed hands. Shares were priced at about $2,017 each, the price set when the process began in July.

Why it matters: The price is about 53% above the $75 billion set in a similar sale in November 2025, and more than double the $45 billion of 2024. Revolut, which has more than 80 million retail customers, says 2026 brought full bank launches in the UK, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina, and conditional approval for a US national bank charter, with a US bank launch planned for 2027. Private investors now value the 11-year-old company above many listed banks.
