NetNordic buys Sweden's IT-Total to deepen Swedish security push
What's the deal? Nordic systems integrator NetNordicDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has agreed to acquire IT-TotalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Swedish provider of managed IT services, cloud services, consulting and IT products, for an undisclosed sum. IT-Total employs about 120 people and serves Swedish organisations with high demands around security, cloud, availability and regulatory compliance.
What's the endgame? NetNordic has roughly 650 employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, specialising in networks, cybersecurity, cloud and business-critical communication. The acquisition adds a substantial Swedish delivery base and gives IT-Total's customers access to broader Nordic expertise.
Why now? The companies frame the deal against rising security and regulatory demands as IT environments grow more complex. IT-Total's operations offering, focused on security and regulatory requirements, complements NetNordic's wider Nordic capabilities.
"IT-Total has built a strong business with high technical expertise, close customer relationships, and a clear focus on security and quality," said Jarl Øverby, chief executive officer of NetNordic Group. IT-Total chief executive officer Fredrik Rosencrantz said the deal gives the firm "access to broader expertise, more specialists, and Nordic capacity."
The signal: The purchase fits NetNordic's established buy-and-build strategy. It announced acquisitions in Denmark and Finland in November 2025, and said its January 2026 purchase of ItectraDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → was its 25th since 2015 — a steady march to consolidate Nordic IT services.
