What does Batisanté do? Founded in 1987 and based in Paris, it delivers fire protection, pest control, inspection, and maintenance services to residential, commercial, and public sector clients. The company serves 20,000 customers, protects more than 200,000 buildings, and carries out roughly 500,000 interventions a year through over 1,000 technicians.

Why now? Batisanté has grown fast under IK, which took a majority stake in July 2022. Since then it has completed 14 acquisitions, expanding across France and into the Benelux while broadening its B2B base and upgrading its IT.

What's the endgame? Bridgepoint wants to build a leading European multi-service provider of mandatory safety and compliance services. The plan: accelerate growth in France, expand into selected European markets, add new services, and pursue more acquisitions.
