Nordtech buys Leasify to build out its lease accounting bet

What's the deal? Nordtech Group has acquired LeasifyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Swedish provider of lease accounting software, for an undisclosed sum. Nordtech bought all shares; Leasify will keep operating independently within Nordtech's Business Platforms segment, with its key staff staying on.

What does Leasify do? Founded in 2014 and based in Stockholm, Leasify runs a cloud platform that calculates, remeasures, and reports lease agreements under IFRS 16 and K3. It serves about 400 customers, mostly IFRS-reporting groups, and has 13 employees.

The numbers: Leasify expects roughly US$2.42M in 2026 revenue, mostly recurring, and a positive result. Nordtech says the deal will lift its own recurring revenue and earnings.

What's the endgame? The purchase deepens Nordtech's position in lease software alongside portfolio company LeaserightDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. "Nordtech now has two of the leading businesses in lease accounting software, focused on the private and public sectors respectively," said chief executive officer and co-founder Nils Bergman.

Why now? Nordtech buys and scales Nordic B2B software firms in niche verticals, and this fits an acquisition-led strategy that has added 24 deals since 2021. Its June listing on Nasdaq Stockholm raised US$48.4M, strengthening its capacity to keep buying.

Founder and chief product officer Richard Nilsson said Leasify was "looking for a long-term home where Leasify could continue as an independent company with its team and culture."

The signal: This is a focused portfolio build rather than a scale-changing deal. Its payoff will hinge on sustaining Leasify's recurring revenue and finding complementary growth across the two lease-software businesses.
