ACS Technologies adds $3.16M HDFC credit line, lifting facilities to US$10.7M
What's the deal? ACS TechnologiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →' board approved an additional US$4.07M credit facility from HDFC BankDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → on October 31, 2026. The move lifts the company's total sanctioned credit limits to US$10.7M, from US$6.62M, subject to the lender's terms.
Why now? This is a quick re-raise. The textiles company secured a US$555.4K working-capital term loan from HDFC Bank in June, and the latest approval marks a sharp step-up in bank borrowing rather than an isolated top-up.
What's the endgame? ACS Technologies has been expanding liquidity through both debt and equity. It raised roughly US$2.77M via warrant conversions in July, and in August approved converting a US$2.72M unsecured loan into equity through a preferential issue to Adiniya Investments.
The board disclosed the facility under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules. The decision was taken at a meeting held between 11:30 and 12:15 IST, in a filing signed by compliance officer and company secretary Shilpi Gunjan.
What could go wrong? The enlarged facilities add leverage. The open question for investors is how ACS Technologies deploys the capital and whether operating performance can support the added borrowing.
The signal: A doubling of bank credit in months, paired with fresh equity, points to a company racing to shore up liquidity — and a lender willing to back it.
